 How to set up Port Forwarding?
Solution
Dear SmartHide Customer!

Please follow the steps below to set up Port Forwarding:

1) Login to http://www.smarthide.com/members/ with your login data;
2) Find "Advanced settings: Port forwarding" section;
3) Put in required port number to the "Port" field and select a needed protocol from the "Protocol" list;
4) Click the "Add" button.

* 1. The Port and the Protocol you need to enter can be found in the preferences of p2p client used. For the uTorrent application you can find the needed settings here: Options->Preferences->Connection: Port used for incoming connection.

5) If everything goes okay, you should see the added record. On the screenshot below we added port 18768 on a TCP protocol.
Port Forwarding will be working only in case of Personal IP address using. It won't be working with other SmartHide IP addresses.


6) Afterwards, open Arovax SmartHide and choose Personal IP in the list of available servers IP. Click Make me Invisible button.
