No servers in SmartHide servers list. What to do?

SmartHide downloads all available servers once you're connected to the Internet. So, firstly make sure that you're connected to the Internet before launching SmartHide software. Another common reason of this issue can be firewall settings. Allow in your firewall processes: smarthide.exe and vpn.sms. Follow all the steps bellow in order to resolve this issue completely: 1) Close up SmartHide 2) Connect to the Internet 3) Visit www.smarthide.com and make sure that you can surf it without issues 4) Allow processes smarthide.exe and vpn.sms in your firewall software 5) Run SmartHide After that you should see all servers in SmartHide servers list. If you still do not see any servers, contact our support team and provide your login name and we will send you instructions how to set it up manually. | |
