Open SmartHide main window and click on the link "Click here to get more settings"

To apply any setting you have to tick off required option and click orange button "APPLY SETTINGS".

GENERAL Settings

  • Start automatically with Windows. SmartHide will start working with Windows startup;
  • SmartHide automatic update. If checked, you will be receiving all the latest updates automatically;
  • Hide to tray when starting. Hides main SmartHide window to tray as soon as SmartHide is launched;
  • Servers list automatic update. The list of SmartHide Ips is updated automatically if there are any changes.

  • Automatic connection. Connects to the Internet automatically through SmartHide with every SmartHide Startup;
  •  Reconnect. SmartHide reconnects to a server if it is disconnected to change IP address once again;
  •  Automatic server change. SmartHide changes server while connecting if one server is unaccessible.

This option help you to add trusted sites that will be visited bypassing SmartHide servers and therefore your real IP address will be visible and Internet traffic won't be encrypted.

To add a new site just click to "ADD" button and enter a domain or IP address of required website and click "GET IP" to add it to the list.

After that you will see the next window

Just click to the orange button "APPLY SETTINGS" below to accept settings. Now when you visit your real IP will be visible and traffic won't be encrypted.

Apply this setting only for very TRUSTED sites.
