Please be informed, that we have nothing to do with the process of payment for our software. We have a partner, our billing provider Plimus who takes care of all payments on behalf of Arovax SmartHide.

What we know is that they have a serious fraud department and a complicated and secure process of verifying every single purchase. Verifying of the order may take up to 7 days.
